I’m using bone in chicken thighs. Is it OK to marinate in refrigerator for longer than 2 hours? Looking forward to eating this recipe.

    Hi Valentina
your recipe calls for skinless and boneless thighs which I bought. But then in the comments you told Jennifer she can broil to get the skin crispy. By the looks of your picture, it looks like you have used thighs with skin, so now i’ve made it and i’m worried i should have bought with skin.

Any chicken thighs will work in this recipe with great results, Shelley. You’ll just bake a little longer for bone-in thighs. 🙂 I hope you love the recipe.

Making this but the recipe says bake covered 45 minutes at 400 for 35-45 minutes. And then broil. Is it covered for 45 minutes?

Jennifer, you want to bake covered for 35-45 minutes and if you want it crispy then you can broil for a couple of minutes to make the skin crispy. Hope this helps you a little more.
